FRONT ELEVATION PLAN
Our love for nostalgia forced us to revisit the majestic architecture of the good ol' days. With these giant pillars, big arches and intricate carvings we want to take you to a journey of 17th century.
UPPER GROUND PLAN
A lot of technical information regarding the Upper Ground. If you don't understand these mechanical dimensions and numbers, you are probably on the wrong page. Try viewing it as Mezzanine. If you are still confused, drop by at our office. We love explaining our project to strangers. Plus we make a wicked coffee (some say its better than Gloria!).
LOWER GROUND PLAN
Technicalities GALORE. If you are confused, our offer of COFFEE still stands.
FIRST FLOOR PLAN
Eight shops. Entrance and walkaway at the back. Area ranging from 800sqft/shop - 1100sqft/shop. Simples!
SECOND FLOOR PLAN
Every KINGDOM has a palace. The second floor is ours. We plan to build offices for our personal use here. However give us an offer we can't refuse and the palace is yours. We are very greedy!

ABOUT OUR PROJECT
We will be very blunt. The root of this project stems from our belief that Lahore has come far from Mughal era, the zenith of its glory. It was a time when our great city was host to some of finest architectural monuments. Now the Mughal era creativity has been sadly replaced by garish, 'plethora of glass' buildings on every nook and corner of the city. Some of them are lathered generously with Gold color. Oh yes, we kid you not.
Don’t you just hate these supposedly modern ‘houses of glass’? Us too! So a primary motivation behind 9-ARCHES was to give MM-Alam Road an architecture it can be proud of. Our design, carefully chosen via analytical research (it drove our architects crazy), is a throwback to good ol' days. Giant pillars, big arches and intricate carvings will take you to a journey of 17th century. This is our promise!

Excavation for basement was started on 26-Febuary and completed on 08-March. -
R.C.C. FOUNDATION
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
RCC foundation works for basement were started on 14-March and completed on 25-March. -
RETAINING WALL DOWN SLAB
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on Down Slab Retaining Wall for basement was started on 18-March and completed on 08-April. -
DOWN AREA FILLING AND PCC
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on Down area filling and pcc for basement was started on 30-March and completed on 05-April. -
R.C.C. RETAINING WALL UPPER AREA
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on R.C.C. Retaining wall (Upper Area) was started on 05-April and completed on 15-April. -
DOWN SLAB(-10'-6")
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on Down Slab for Basement was started on 05-April and completed on 12-April. -
FILLING PCC (1:4:8) UNDER FLOOR
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on PCC Filling (Under Floor) was started on 12-April and completed on 20-April. -
UPPER SLAB(+7'-00")
Status: Completed. Floor: Basement.
Work on Upper Slab for Basement was started on 16-April and completed on 25-April.

GETTING HERE
From the airport
- Get in a Cab/Car. Ask the driver to take you to the best part of 'modern' Lahore.
- 45-60 mins later, you will be in MM-Alam. Now give us a call.
From the station
- What station? Its Lahore not London. We don't have a tube station or any reliable public transport.
- If you insist on travelling via buses, our site is 5-7 mins car ride from the main Daewoo Station.
By car
- If you know your way around Lahore, then we are sure you will find MM.Alam Road.
- If you don't, ask a friend to show you the way. Or invest in a GPS. We are 5 mins ride from Liberty and Main Boulevard.
